Guidance for management improves support for employees with psychological complaints:
The support of managers for employees with psychological complaints can be improved by a new, scientifically substantiated approach. This involves signaling and discussing psychological complaints among employees and implementing work adjustments in a timely manner before absenteeism occurs.
