Enhancing accessibility and inclusivity of public transport for individuals with a diversity: Barriers and facilitators for implementing Turn-up- and-Go in Amsterdam

In the UK public transport passengers is offered Turn Up And Go (TUAG) assistance by public transport providers, which means assistance without registration in advance. Just turn up and you are helped and can go. In this research barriers and facilitators are analysed for a potential implementation of TUAG in and around Amsterdam by interviewing Dutch stakeholders that play an important role in mobility in Amsterdam.
