Double food production plus quarter impacts by 2050. The urgency requires a diet transition towards more plantbased nutrition (from 60:40 to 40:60 by 2030). Sustainable protein supply is crucial to food security, human health and the planet’s carrying capacity. Complying with dietary guidelines is more sustainable and healthier should be the consumer message: win-win. Amsterdam: more focus on 2030, self-sufficiency, city planning, low SES groups and cultural diversity
