Seminar Omgevingswet

01 maa 2019 15:00 - 17:00

There is a lot of talk about the Omgevingswet (the Environment and Planning Act), but what is really written into the new law? The new Environment and Planning law will be effective in 2021 and changes the way environmental and planning processes will take place.

During this seminar we delve into the case of GOUDasfalt. We will discuss the case with the implementation manager, citizens that are involved in GOUDasfalt and Saskia Bisschops, a researcher that critically examines GOUDasfalt.

About the speaker

Saskia Bisschops is PhD Researcher at Open University. Saskia researches citizen participation in planning and communication issues. Aside from her PhD Saskia is the owner of Son Communicatie en Onderzoek, an advisory and research firm related to communication and marketing.
