There are chances to improve proximity and collectiveness in residential buildings and housing developments. More proximity and collectiveness in the city is of added value for all citizens but most for those that are less mobile and less connected. In neighbourhoods constructed since the 20th century (in Noord, Nieuw-West and Zuidoost) distances between residences and daily destinations are generally longer. What chances are there to bring more proximity and collectiveness in the city?
