"What I found really amazing in the past days with all our colleagues and partners from Berlin is that in the past few months we've been researching what everybody is doing on sustainable programs and projects and they're doing it all from different perspectives of course. One is working on Urban Land Development the other in real estate projects the other is in in procurement on big engineering projects but what was so nice to see is that we are all working on the same purpose but we just have to synchronize our timelines. Everybody has a different point in time where they think they have to do their thing as actually the biggest challenge is to connect these dots in time and really start collaborating together. Not only professionally but also with the people in the areas that we are working for"
