Amsterdam has a super diverse population. This means that no single population group forms a majority anymore. This diversity is insufficiently reflected in the municipality's workforce. The Executive Board is therefore embarking on a sprint for the next three years. The workforce must become a better reflection of the Amsterdam working population.
