European Network of Living Labs

The European Network of Living Labs is the network of open and citizen-centric innovation ecosystems. It promotes the implementation of Living Labs worldwide. The organisation was founded it Europe, but also works internationally. The goal of the ENoLL is to crate means and value for European citizens, using an open innovation infrastructure in which citizens can participate. ENoLL was founded in November 2006 under the Finnish European Presidency and has always worked closely togehter with the European Commission. In the beginning, ENoLL was strongly focused on creating an innovation friendly environment in Europe.
