How do I get the right crop?

Many images are not really suitable for the responsive design of open research. Openresearch adjusts the images depending on the screen width.
The advice is therefore to mainly use images where it is not a problem if a strip is lost on the left and right, or on the top and bottom. With these illustrations you miss essential parts.
For example, with a photo of shoppers in the Kalverstraat, it is not so bad if some people disappear left and right. You should always make sure that the most important thing is visible in the middle.
If you want to use logos, make sure there is plenty of white space on all sides.

The design of OR is responsive, which means that you have different views, adapted to the device you are viewing it on. This is set using a number of breakpoints:

Tiny Breakpoint: 600px;

Small Breakpoint: 768px;

Medium Breakpoint: 1024px;

Large Breakpoint: 1280px;

Huge Breakpoint: 1400px;
