Log-in to the Platform and Personalise Your Password

1. Navigate to openresearch.amsterdam in your browser

2. You will see a log in window. Type the user name and password provided to you by the Gemeente Amsterdam, and click on Log in. You will be directed to your profile page.

3. Personalise your password: To change your password, you need to first sign out from the platform. Click on your name on the right top corner of your profile page. 

4. A pop up window will appear. Click on Uitloggen.

 

5. You are now directed to the initial page again. Click on “Wachtwoord vergeten?” button.

 

6. In the new window that appears, type in your email address or your usersname and click on “Verzenden”. 

 

7. A new window will appear saying that your password will be sent to your email address. 

 

8. Check your email and find the email from the openresearch platform and click on the link to change your password.

9.  In the window that opens, type in your new password in the first box, and then repeat in the second box. Now your password has been changed and you will be re-directed to your profile page.
