The project page is the introduction page for a project group. This introduction is public on the internet and works as an online business card. We recommend new users to personalize their project pages with relevant information about their projects and ask existing users to keep their project page up to date.
The project page is public (also for visitors without login) and shows which documents have been made public by the project group. The users of the platform (with login( can also see the shared material. In this manual we explain how you can personalize your project page.
1. Go to your project page and click on "edit".
2. Check the title of your project page, and add a summary.
3. Add more information to your project in the body text. Also photos, videos or links can be added to the body text. The manuals for adding photos and videos, hyperlinks or embedded videos to the body text can be found in the manuals collection.
4. Add a banner to your project page: A banner is the background color for the project page. Click on "+add:banner".
5. A new window will appear on the screen. If you want to add a new image click on "choose file". Please give a title to your image.
6. Add a new icon to the workspace: Click on "+voeg toe: icon". Then, repeat step 5.
The icon functions as a thumbnail, which is visible in your project space.
