Guide by and for knowledge institutions i.c.w. with Rijksoverheid (2022)

This guideline is a guide for administrators of knowledge institutions that deal with international cooperation and must weigh up opportunities and (security) risks against each other. It has been compiled by the national government, the Universities of the Netherlands (VSNU). NFU, KNAW, VH, NWO and the TO2 federation.

The guideline focuses primarily on administrators of knowledge institutions. But this guideline also contains tools for others, such as safety coordinators, project leaders and individual researchers.
