Go to the project page and click on ''go to worksace'' button. Now you are inside your workspace.
To add an item in the workspace
1. Click on +article or +collection to add material.
Each tab has different settings in the added articles and collections. See the explanations below with what you can do in each workspace tab:
1. When you click on +article (or +collection) the window that appears will ask you if you want to add existing material to the workspace or create a new article/collection yourself.
2. By clicking on +document, it is possible to add only a document (PDF, Word, Excel, ppt...). Click on Choose file to add a media item.
WiP: The area where the users can add articles and collections that will be visible only to each other.
1. The articles or collections created in this section will be automatically set to "Work in progress". It is possible to click on "Share with all members" to make your WIP material shared with the rest of the users of the platform. Then, the article or collection will automatically move to the "Shared" tab.
Gedeeld: The area where the users add articles that will be shared with the users of the platform.
Gepubliceerd: The area where the articles and/or collections that have been published by the project group. the content in this section is public, so anyone without a password can also see it. The users cannot add material here themselves because the articles and collections that appear here need to be first approved for publishing. Please click here to reach the manual about publishing an article or collection.
TO EDIT A WORKSPACE
1. Go to the workspace and click on "Bewerken".
2. Add a description to the workspace in the Samenvatting section or in the body text.
3. To change the order of the items or to remove an item inside a workspace, see the sections that appear on the right.
4. By holding your click on an item in the shown area, it is possible to change the order.
5. To remove an item, click on the "x" to cross the item out.
