Participation Regulation Amsterdam
The municipality of Amsterdam is creating new rules for the way in which Amsterdam residents and Weespers can influence plans and projects. These rules are included in the participation regulation. The participation regulation pays more attention to resident participation from the start of a project. The participation regulation replaces the 2016 participation regulation.
Amsterdam residents could respond to a draft version during the consultation period, from December 2023 to January 2024. The draft participation regulation that was available for inspection at the time can be viewed down below in the attached links (in Dutch).
