This summer was all about the inauguration of Planetary Health in ARTIS Amsterdam. ARTIS served as a sweeping canvas where life, from the microscopic to the majestic, unfolded to illuminate our profound interconnectedness, vulnerability, and responsibility to the Earth and its countless inhabitants.
In the midst of this vast web of existence, we all share an unbreakable and trustworthy bond. Our collective responsibility extends far beyond ensuring the well-being of our own species; it involves restoring and safeguarding the health of our planet and nurturing and protecting its diverse life forms.
Visitors to ARTIS-Park experienced the interconnectedness of all elements in the natural world. The experience provided a profound appreciation for the complex, intrinsic coherence that surrounds us all.
