Development Participation Monitor Municipality of Amsterdam

Setting up a participation monitor is new for the municipality of Amsterdam. This report is the first test for the development of the monitor. It is a study into the way in which participation can be monitored and is a first measurement in itself, thus providing a starting point for subsequent measurements. It gives an idea of what we know and don't know about participation in Amsterdam. Necker conducted this research together with its sister agency Citisens, based on the Action Plan that it commissioned from the municipality of Amsterdam written at an earlier stage.
