Any form of street intimidation is unacceptable for the municipality of Amsterdam. Everyone has to feel free and safe at any time of the day, anywhere in Amsterdam. The street harassment report is a biennial recurring report in the context of tackling street harassment. This is the fifth time the street harassment report has appeared.

Investigation Committee Moral Behavior Municipal Officials (1942-1958)
"Shoud someone like that work here?"
The City of Amsterdam commissioned research into the conduct of the Amsterdam Assessment Committee for Good Moral Behavior Municipal Employees between 1912 and 1959. The investigation was about how the assessments of the committee were made and to what extent there was discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender and origin, among other things. The results, with an accompanying letter from the Council, were presented to the Amsterdam City Council on 8 June. Here you will find the research results regarding the

This guide is intended for policy advisers, municipal councilors and aldermen. He is also useful for
cooperation partners of municipalities, the implementers of local policy.
The guide outlines the policy pursued by Dutch municipalities to improve the position of lesbian, gay, bi+, transgender and intersex (LGBTI+) people. You can use this guide to develop and implement LGBTI+ policy in your own municipality, or to expand the existing diversity or inclusion policy. This guide is an updated version of the 2017 Rainbow Guide and contains many new real-life examples.
