Wat is a Constitutional State
We only speak of a constitutional state if the power of the government is limited by laws, rules and customs. The inhabitants of that state have fundamental freedoms and rights. The purpose of a constitutional state is to protect citizens against abuse of power by the government.
The government must also comply with the law and may therefore not simply restrict or take away the freedoms and rights of citizens. Incidentally, the government does not only consist of the government of a country, but also of the municipalities and provinces. The four main components of the rule of law are: Fundamental Rights, Separation of Powers (Trias Politica), Legality Principle and Independent Judiciary.

Employees of ASVZ, Philadelphia and Reinaerde have been committed to this for a few years.
