As a PhD-student at the laboratory of the Public Health Service of Amsterdam, I am trying to unravel the association between genotypic and phenotypic antibiotic resistance in Mycoplasma genitalium. I predominantly work with lab techniques such as Sanger sequencing and in vitro cell cultures.
