Transformational Skills for Sustainable Development
Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a non-profit organization for inner development. We research, collect and communicate science-based skills and qualities that help us to live purposeful, sustainable, and productive lives.
The IDGs will provide an essential framework of transformative skills for sustainable development, a field-kit (in co-creation now) on how to develop these necessary skills - open source and free for all to use. The current IDGs framework represents 5 dimensions and 23 skills and qualities which are especially crucial for leaders who address SDGs, but fundamentally for all of us! It is the greatest possible accelerator to reach the Sustainable Development Goals and create a prosperous future for all humanity.
The IDGs film
The Inner Development Goals (IDGs) is a not for profit and open source initiative.
Meet the founders, hear from the advisory board and co-creating researchers, and learn how the IDGs framework can help accelerate the work towards the UN’s Global Goals or SDGs.
The Inner Development Goals were officially founded in 2020 by Ekskäret Foundation, The New Division and 29k Foundation together with a group of researchers, experts and practitioners in leadership development and sustainability.
The IDGs aim to simplify and make accessible the knowledge already existing in the field. The basis of our work is grounded in a science-based understanding of inner development, and what is needed to support a sustainable future. Our inquiry is about synthesizing a complex field of inner development into a framework that helps to name, understand, and communicate the change that’s needed.
