Phase 3: Finding a (part of the) solution/innovation
On this page, we delve deeper into our proposed innovation/final product we designed in collaboration with the Medical Committee Netherlands-Vietnam (MCNV) in order to help them identify and gain a deeper understanding of the synergetic relationship between gender (in)equality and food- and nutrition security in rural Vietnam. We have designed a Powerpoint presentation for the organisation to use, provide a more elaborate background and explanation in our final literature review report, and developed a Poster for the Symposium day of the Transdisciplinary Global Health Challenge.

Phase 2: Investigating the challenge
Welcome to the second phase of our online portfolio! During November and December, we went deeper into the challenge we identified. We focused on formal research by reviewing the literature and analyzing empirical data. Join us as we explore this important issue and try to make a difference in our community! Please find the results of this second phase below.

Phase 1: Engaging with the project topic
Welcome to our online portfolio showcasing our exciting project in Vietnam! We're tackling important issues regarding nutrition and empowering women. In our first phase, we've been busy brainstorming and planning. To get to know more about the project organization (MCNV) and the topic they are working on, we have conducted a problem- and policy analysis (which you can find below). These exercises helped us to identify a challenge to focus on during this project and hopefully give back to the community. Together, we've learned a lot about these topics and we're ready to take action. Check out our proposal below to see what our project is about!
