The Netherlands is becoming more multilingual by the day. Despite this, not much is known about multilingualism. In order to deal with this properly, it is important that everyone understands what multilingualism is, that there is knowledge about the statistics in the Netherlands on multilingualism and that we listen to the scientists to know what is already known.
