Project Report Evidence Based Food System Design (AMS Institute)

By researchers Remco Kranendonk, Dirk Wascher, Jessica van Bossum, and Lisa ten Brug

Feeding people in a growing metropolitan city challenges the production, supply, consumption and removal of food. The Evidence Based Food System Design project uses data to outline scenarios and integrate the flow of food added to the growing evidence for future food systems. The project is a collaboration between AMS Institute, Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA) and AERES hogeschool. This is its report.
