Drivers and barriers when making sustainable innovations purchasing decisions
For project teams of the Municipality of Amsterdam
Currently, there is a lack of sustainable innovative public procurement research, while undertaking such research could help improve practices. Therefore, relevant actors from a project group from the Municipality of Amsterdam that purchased a sustainable innovative product were interviewed via semi-structured interviews and analysed in NVivo 12 Pro using a constant comparative analysis. By researching this project team, an answer was provided for the question: ‘What are the drivers and barriers for the project team of the Municipality of Amsterdam when making sustainable innovative purchasing decisions?’
