Rhythm Zones and Trash

This study identifies 5 different rhythm configurations, also called rhythm zones, in the K-buurt, based on the analysis of Kleiburg and Kikkenstein housing buildings and their surroundings. It is suggested that how these rhythm zones are subsequent to each other influences the behaviours of trash in the environment. It is also suggested that the methods for garbage collection and cleaning do not comply with these zones, resulting in ongoing issues in related to trash.

Firstly, this paper will give an explanation on the 5 rhythm zones around the Kleiburg and Kikkenstein buildings. Later, the different forms of garbage collection and services for cleaning will be unraveled and explained in this area. Finally, the issue of garbage in the K-buurt will be explored in relation to the rhythm-zone combinations.
