MSc Thesis TIAS - Closing the Gap Between Happiness and Organizational Performance

If the assumption of the happy-productive worker hypothesis is right, employee happiness leads to a higher level of organizational performance. Empirical research that has been put forward so far, shows little evidence to support this hypothesis. Therefore, it is a challenging subject to examination, by studying the relation between employee well-being and organizational performance, through mediation and moderation of individual performance. The results are evident and reveal an interesting relation between individual performance and employee well-being contributing to organizational performance measured on team level
