Student Report on Urban Grassroots Food Initiatives (AMS Institute)

This report was produced in the context of an 8-week ACT (Academic Consultancy Training) project by students of Wageningen University.

The project focused on Urban Grassroots Food Initiatives in Amsterdam and aimed at understanding the visions, practices, and challenges of these initiatives, and how these relate to the doughnut economy ambitions of the municipality of Amsterdam. In addition to this report, the results are visualised in a zine and an interactive map that shows the geographic placement of the initiatives, as well as some relevant information such as their placement within the doughnut.
