Vertical Farming (AMS Institute)

Vertical farming is the concept of growing produce vertically, by means of stocking the growing plants on top of each other. This way, cities can answer the growing demand for food, without exhausting resources and contributing to climate change. Featured in this collection are articles about GROWY and SKY HIGH, two vertical farming projects that are executed in collaboration with AMS Institute.
