Through filmmaker and photographer Kadir van Lohuizen's eye you will be taken into the world behind the food on our plate.
He conducts this research in collaboration with the Food Workshop, and on behalf of the GGD and the Spatial Planning & Sustainability and Economic Affairs departments of the Municipality of Amsterdam.
This visual research provides insight into the economic, ecological and health structures of the food sector in the Amsterdam metropolitan region. The presentation was followed by a round of questions from the audience and a panel discussion with municipal council members. You can watch everything here.
