Water is a fundamental human right, yet there are places in the world where people do not have access to clean and sufficient drinking water. At the same time, the consequences of climate change are causing changes in sea level rise and extreme weather events such as heavy rainfall, floods or droughts worldwide. These water risks are not the same for every country in the world and mainly affect low-income countries.
