As a trainee editor, you become part of a team of editors and the Chief Science Officer. You receive continuous advice and feedback on what you do and you are also expected to provide feedback on the contribution of your colleagues. That makes the work at open research super cool and dynamic. You will also receive personal supervision from one of the team members who will support you during the assignment to carry it out properly.
