The municipality of Amsterdam, together with residents, the business community and public organizations, is building an economically strong and sustainable Amsterdam Zuidoost. Amsterdam Zuidoost aims to be energy neutral by 2040, whereby the development of Amsterdam Zuidoost offers opportunities to combine sustainability with poverty reduction and an improvement in the living environment.
