Material passports (or "Passports for Construction") are a digital record of buildings or construction works that describes the material composition and interconnections between materials. This data comes from a Building Information Model (BIM). With these insights, maintenance can be better managed during the usage phase, and high-value reuse at the end of the lifecycle becomes possible.
