Three contiguous chrononlogical evaluations on this subject

Research into the most effective form of guidance to get the group with a work disability to work and keep them there: Individual Placement and Support (IPS), the Participatory Approach (PA), or a combination of the two. The research consists of a 'field experiment', in which the results of the guidance methods are compared using registration data and questionnaires. In addition, interviews are held with participants, employers and employees of the municipality. In this way, it becomes clear why specific guidance works, and for whom and under what circumstances. The final reports were published in mid-2024 in the "Journal of Occupational Rehabilitation". The date of the last evaluation is that of the last published piece.
