1. How can I create an account on openresearch?
   You can log in using the Login button at the top right. Choose your organization or use your personal openresearch account. Read more.
2. I forgot my password, how can I log in?
   Click Login and follow the password recovery instructions for your organization or openresearch account. Read more.
3. What is the difference between a workspace/workshop, a collection and an article?
   A workspace/workshop is a shared project environment. A collection is a folder containing articles or other collections. An article is a single piece of content with text, media and/or attachments. Read more.
4. Who can see my documents (public, within platform, work in progress)?
   This depends on the layer selected: Work in Progress (project members only), Within platform (all participants), or Public (everyone). Read more.
5. How do I add someone to my workspace?
   Go to + Add user in your profile (only visible as an editor of a partner organization). Read more.
6. How can I collaborate with someone outside my organization?
   Invite external partners to your workspace/workshop and define the access layer. Read more.
7. How do I publish an article or collection?
   Open the edit screen, choose the status (shared, public) and save. Read more.
8. How do I change my profile information?
   Go to your profile icon → My Profile → Edit Profile. Read more.
9. Can I delete an item or collection?
   In the edit screen of a collection, you can delete items or collections through the Contains section. Read more.
10. How can I add keywords and why is that important?
    Add keywords in the edit screen of an article for better findability. Read more.

12. How can I request feedback on my article or collection?
    Use the Feedback Request option in your publication's edit screen. Read more.

    Use the search bar at the top and filter by topic, organization or date. Read more.
14. What is the difference between a partner and an engaged partner?
    Partners have a formal partnership agreement; engaged partners are community organizations that contribute without a formal partnership. Read more.
