Group Portfolio: Conceptual Integration Interdisciplinary Community Service Learning

This report explores how to support the digital transformation of farming in Mokrin, a Serbian village facing outdated agricultural practices. The biggest challenge identified is a lack of trust between farmers and the organizations introducing digital tools.

Students from six disciplines—sustainability, biomedicine, AI, management, finance, and HR—analyzed the issue and proposed solutions. These included building data transparency, designing user-friendly tools, sharing financial decision-making, and creating inclusive communication channels.

The team also ran an interactive session to gather ideas on addressing skepticism, encouraging adoption, and collecting feedback. Their key message: Technology only works when trust is built across all stakeholders.
